CONSULTANT PARTNER PROGRAMME

Can I offer AI and software without a tech team?
Yes.

You refer the client. We deliver.
You earn on the account for as long as it runs.

NO DEVELOPERS TO HIRE.SEE HOW IT WORKS YOU KEEP THE CLIENT.
01 / THE SHORT VERSION

Add AI to what
you already sell.

The Lasota Consultant Partner Programme lets independent consultants and advisory firms offer AI, automation and custom software to their clients. You spot the problem and make the introduction. We scope it, price it, build it and support it. You earn when the first paid meeting happens, plus a share of everything we bill that account, ongoing.

No developers to hire. No code to learn.
You keep the client relationship.

Book a partner call

Add AI, automation and custom software to what you already sell.

You are never the tech team, and you are in the room for all of it.

02 / THE FRICTION

You already have
the part that can’t be bought.

You know exactly what’s broken.
Naming it is easy.

You see how businesses actually work. You hear the same frustrations in every engagement: the task repeated every week, the critical process held together in a spreadsheet, the team copying data between two systems that should talk to each other, your own analysis rebuilt from scratch for every client who asks the same question.

Fixing it is the problem

It needs people who can scope, build and support software

Taking it on changes your firm

You become a company you never set out to run

So the work goes elsewhere

Or it goes nowhere at all

Either way, it stopped

You were paid once, for the hours

A referral changes the shape of that. One introduction, we do the build, and you earn from that account for as long as we’re working on it.

03 / THE APPROACH

Three stages.
You are in the room.

01

Discovery

We talk to the client, work out the real problem underneath the one they described, and establish whether technology genuinely helps. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so.

02

Solution

We design the fix, whether AI, automation, integration or custom software, built around the problem rather than around a tool we are trying to sell.

03

Delivery

We price it, build it, ship it and support it. You stay close to the client. You do not need to understand how any of it was made.

AND WHAT YOUR CLIENT EXPERIENCES

01 Booking

Your client books through your own link and is tagged to you in our system.

02 Discovery call

A recorded call where we map the current process and work out what it costs.

03 ROI report

The opportunities, what they are worth, and the first project we would recommend.

04 Walkthrough

We take the client through the report. You are welcome to be in the room.

05 Proposal

Scoped and priced, straight out of the report.

06 Delivery

Onboarding, build, launch, then ongoing support.

04 / WHAT TO BRING US

you keep seeing.

WHICH CLIENTS TO LOOK AT
Where to look for opportunities in each of Lasota’s three industries
What to look forAccountantsFinancial advisorsLogistics
Repetitive data entryRe-keying bank feeds and invoices into Xero or QuickBooksRe-entering client data from provider platforms into the CRMRe-keying shipment data between carrier portals, the WMS and customer systems
Report generationMonthly management accounts packs built by hand, ledger by ledgerQuarterly portfolio review and valuation packsWeekly customer KPI reports pulled from several carrier dashboards
Intake and qualificationOnboarding: ID checks, engagement letters and fee agreements chased over emailFact-find and risk profiling processed by hand before a first meetingNew account setup and rate card confirmation, done per customer
Scheduling and coordinationChasing year-end deadlines and missing documents across dozens of clientsAnnual review meetings across a large client bankCollection and delivery slots across carriers and customers
Routine customer queries“Where’s my refund” and return status questions“What’s my balance, when’s my review”“Where’s my shipment”, the highest-volume query of all
Invoices and payablesManual invoice coding and approval routingFee invoicing and commission reconciliation across providersMatching carrier invoices against agreed rates and flagging the gaps

Client outside those three? The categories still apply, the examples just look different. Tell us the industry and we will help you translate them.

05 / NO GUESSWORK

What it costs
your client.

Most clients start at the diagnostic and decide from there.

How we arrive at the number
  1. 01

We get to the bottom of the problem: what it is, who it affects and what it costs today.

  2. 02

We scope the fix: what needs building, how big the job is and what it takes to run.

  3. 03

We price the build and the support from that scope. You see it before your client does.

One introduction can mean project fees now and ongoing income later.

06 / WHAT YOU EARN

Not a finder’s fee.
A share of the account.

You earn when the first paid meeting happens, then a share of everything we bill that account, for as long as it runs. We take you through the full rates on your partner call.

08 / THE BIGGER OPPORTUNITY

Knowledge to hours.
Or knowledge to product.

Traditional consulting runs one way: knowledge, hours, fees. Your expertise only earns while you’re working.

Not every problem should become a product, and we’ll tell you when we don’t think it will work. But if you keep seeing the same one, we can find out quickly and cheaply whether it’s worth building. If it is, we build it together.

How a product partnership differs from a standard referral
Product partnershipHow it works
When it appliesThe same problem has turned up in two or three clients and the fix can be reused rather than rebuilt each time
Who owns itLasota keeps the product itself. Each client licenses the use of it, rather than owning a one-off build
What you earnA share of revenue from every client the product is sold to, for the life of the product, plus your standard partner share on any of those clients you introduce yourself
When it is agreedBefore any work starts, in writing, for that specific product. Nothing is applied backwards to work already delivered
09 / YOUR CLIENT, YOUR RELATIONSHIP

No.
It’s in the agreement.

We never go direct

In writing: we won’t approach or sign a referred client without you, for as long as the relationship lasts.

You see the plan first

Nothing goes to your client before you’ve read it.

Earnings are transparent

Your share follows the Lasota revenue we actually collect, and you can see it.

It runs both ways

Where a lead comes to us needing your expertise, we send it to you, ahead of contacts we have not worked with. You bill it yourself and keep all of it.

ROUTE ONE

Refer
a client.

You introduce a business with a real problem. We meet them, work out what’s needed, and build it. You earn from everything we deliver to that account, for the lifetime of the relationship.

Start with one introduction
ROUTE TWO

Bring a
repeated problem.

You’re seeing the same issue across several clients. We check whether technology can fix it and test the idea quickly. If there’s wider demand, we can build a product together.

See how that works
THE DETAILS

Good
questions.

Do I need to understand AI to refer a client?
No. You need to recognise a business problem, which you already do. We handle every technical conversation. You’re welcome in those meetings, but you don’t have to lead them.
Will Lasota contact my client without me?
No. Our partner agreement states in writing that we won’t approach or sign a referred client without you, for as long as the relationship lasts.
When do I get paid?
Your first payment is due once the first paid meeting takes place, whether or not the client goes ahead. After that, your share is paid on the revenue we collect from that account, on our standard payment cycle.
What if the client only buys the diagnostic?
You still earn for the meeting. Plenty of accounts start small and grow later, and your rate applies to whatever comes next.
What if the work isn’t AI or software?
Then it is yours. We are a deliberately lean team and we are often approached for work outside our lane. When that happens we send it to a partner with a track record, ahead of contacts we have not worked with. You bill the client directly and keep all of it. If you then spot an automation need inside that engagement and refer it back to us, you earn a share of that work for the lifetime of the account.
Can I bring an idea rather than a client?
Yes. If you’re seeing the same problem across several businesses, we’ll test quickly whether it’s worth building. That’s the second route into the programme.
Who owns the product if we build one together?
It’s agreed case by case, in writing, before we start. Ownership, revenue share and rights depend on what each side brings: your domain knowledge and client access, our build and ongoing costs. We won’t begin a joint product without that settled on paper.
Is there a contract?
Yes. A short partner agreement covering the non-circumvention commitment, your rate and how earnings are calculated. It isn’t a lock-in. You can refer one client or twenty.
Do partners get exclusivity in a sector or region?
We’re finalising this. Talk to us about your niche on the partner call and we’ll be straight with you about who else is operating in it.
What size of client does this work for?
Anywhere from a 10-person business with one expensive manual process up to mid-market companies with multiple disconnected systems. If a client can justify £350 to look at the problem properly, it’s worth a conversation.
