How much does it cost to work with Lasota?
A diagnostic is £350. A blueprint is £1,000–£1,500. Most builds cost £3,500–£7,500. Bigger software projects are priced on their own. Support starts at £500 a month.
How long does a project take?
The diagnostic happens within a week of booking. The blueprint takes one to two weeks after that. Build time depends on size. Most £3,500–£7,500 projects are live in four to eight weeks.
Do I have to commit to the whole thing?
No. You buy each stage on its own. Some clients take the diagnostic, read the report and decide to wait. That is fine.
What size of business do you work with?
Most have 10 to 250 staff. We work all over the UK, mostly in the Midlands. If a job costs you more than a few thousand a year, it is worth a diagnostic.
Do you only do AI?
No. We say when AI is not the answer. A lot of the best work is simply joining systems up and automating them. We use AI when a simple rule cannot do the job.
Who owns the software you build?
You do, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing before the build starts.
